The perfect place to park your yacht. This 20' x 40' slip, at Sunset Cay has great access to the Atlantic Ocean, the Folly River and the Stono River, which leads to the Charleston Harbor. Slip includes the next 15 feet out into the water so you can dock a 55 foot boat. Dock B is a great location, and is more protected from storms than the end docks. Overnight stays on board are acceptable, but for limited amounts of time. No full time occupancy. Sewer pump out, water and electricity is onsite. $15 per foot rentals are allowed. Short term can be higher.
