Owners have access to a bathhouse with showers, a parking lot with electronic gate access, dock cart usage, and 24hr camera surveillance. Transfer fee of 0.5% of purchase price is paid by the Buyer to the WDYH HPR at closing. WDYH HPR has a first right of refusal on all dock sales.
