This location feels so 'out-in-the-country' but is actually close to every convenience you could want.. shopping, library, playgrounds and more are within a quarter mile but you enjoy almost an acre of privacy with a side yard big enough to farm or possibly store equipment (no HOA's here). New floors, kitchen and baths give a fresh feel to the VERY open floorplan. Stop off at the nearby Central Creek Park.. perhaps the nicest children's park I've ever seen!
